At Ants, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ants account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags remain attached and the original packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
